1. Who we are

This website is operated by Gilbert Ventures Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as frontpage.ai. You can contact us at jamesb16g@gmail.com.

2. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the frontpage.ai website. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These terms are separate from our Website Services Agreement, which governs the services we provide to paying clients. The Services Agreement will be sent to you for review and signature after you start a subscription.

3. Using our website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, this website by anyone else.

We may update the site, its content, and these terms at any time without notice.

4. Subscriptions and payment

If you start a subscription via this website, your subscription is for the frontpage.ai Managed Website Plan at £129 per calendar month (GBP), billed in advance. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments UK, Ltd. — we never see or store your full card details.

The subscription is a 30-day rolling commitment. You can cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal link sent to you after subscribing, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for; we do not pro-rate refunds for unused days in a paid month.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer (not buying for business purposes) you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you start the subscription, during which you may cancel and receive a refund. If you have already received services during this period (for example, we have started design work at your request) we may charge for work completed up to the point of cancellation.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is owned by Gilbert Ventures Limited or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for personal or business research, but you may not reuse or republish our content without our written permission.

6. Enquiries and information

Information on this website is provided in good faith for general information. It doesn't constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

If you contact us through the site or start a subscription, we'll process your details in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Links to other websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We don't control these sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

8. Limitation of liability

We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't guarantee either. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be lawfully limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
